Once your device arrives, you will recieve an email confirmation. We will email and call you with our solution and cost after we complete a diagnostic review, and you will also recieve an email when your repair is complete and has shipped.
*You are responsible for the cost of shipping the device to us. The cost of return shipping is built into the repair total. If you decline service or your device is non-repairable you will be responsible for return shipping cost.
